SummaBrief is a desktop app for controllers and operations managers. It keeps a copy of your ERP and production data on your computer and answers questions about it in a chat. Every number is calculated by code that runs on your data, not made up by the AI.

Connect SummaBrief to your ERP, data warehouse or a folder of exports and it keeps a local copy of the data. Type a question in plain English and get back a number, a table or a chart, with the code behind it one click away.
How much did we scrap in June, and how does that compare to May?
June scrap was 1,284 lb, 2.1% of output. May was 1,912 lb, 3.4%. Most of the drop is on Line 2, where rejects fell from 41 to 12 build records.
Saved questions
Save a question you ask every week as a template. Each run recalculates it on current data.
Charts and PDFs
Ask for a chart and it is drawn from the calculated values. Any chat can be saved as a PDF.
Your data stays on your computer
Answers are calculated on your machine from an encrypted copy of your data that only your login can open.
How it works
The AI writes code. The code does the math.
Ask a general chatbot about your scrap rate and it may give you a confident number it made up. In SummaBrief, every number on screen is the output of code that ran on your data.

A short program that queries your data. If the AI answers with a number instead, the reply is rejected and it has to try again with code.

On your computer, on your data. Its output is the answer. Anything else the AI wrote is discarded.

We don’t call our answers “verified”. A person still has to check them.

Every number is the output of code run on your records. The AI never types a number into an answer.
Traceable
Open the code behind any answer to see exactly which tables and filters it used.
Flagged until reviewed
Correct code can still answer the wrong question. Answers are marked as unreviewed, on screen and in print, until someone checks them.

Data pipelines
We connect to your warehouse, ERP or exports and build the extraction that keeps a clean, up-to-date copy of your data. This is most of the setup, and it is done before you ask your first question.
Models on production data
Machine-learning models trained on your production history. For one plant, we built a model that recommends machine settings for a target output, trained on years of controller data.
